Prayer for Brother Emmanuel Rhema
Houston, Texas
Monday, April 28, 2008
Greetings, dear brethren in Christ,
I have received an update from our dear brother Emmanuel Abdullahi Rhema in Nigeria, who serves as TEC Coordinator for Africa. A few weeks ago I sent you an update about a very difficult situation with his wife, who had taken their children and left him. Here is what he just wrote me:
“My wife just called yesterday for me to speak with the children, as they were demanding for their father. Until now I still don’t know where they are, but I know God is working. Please let the intercessors keep praying until she come back home. I discovered that her family is strongly behind her action. Even my wife’s younger sister has packed up and left her husband’s house to return to their village. I decided to relax my mind so that I will not develop high blood pressure. The situation is biting me deeply.”
Please continue to intercede and seek the Lord regarding this situation, dear ones. The enemy must not be allowed to ruin not only our brother’s family and but also his witness as a very fruitful servant of God who represents The Elijah Challenge on the African continent.
Sincerely in Christ,
William
