Dear Fellow Disciples of Jesus Christ,
At Windsor Village United Methodist Church last Tuesday evening in Houston, approximately fifty servants of God eagerly received the Scripture-based Basic Training. During the demonstration of healing near the end, every person who came forward was either healed or experienced marked improvement in their condition as the believers ministered to them. In particular, one sister who had partial hearing loss in one ear with accompanying loss of balance testified that the Lord had restored her hearing and balance.
This Saturday there will be an open-air outreach where the believers will apply what they have learned as the gospel is preached and the sick are healed to demonstrate that Jesus is the only way to the Father. William is being invited back next month to train a group of 15 disciples who will be traveling to Kenya for a mission trip in June.
We just received a testimony from a dear couple at Grace Point Community Church where our Houston Training Center is located, and would like to share it with you.
“Since I have been going to The Elijah Challenge, things have been happening to me. I found a fire that I was looking for and a purpose. But when I went through it a second time, it was more intense. Because of this fire I am more on fire for the Lord. At that second meeting I took a step of obedience and started my own business.
Then I took the Advanced Training. A few days later I found out I had lumps in both breasts and cysts on my ovaries. They wanted to do a total hysterectomy.
[My husband] Sherman and I refused to accept this…
Sherman laid hands on me the first time and commanded the lumps to go away. The same heat, the same feeling, and we both knew that it was gone. Then he commanded the cysts to go away. God’s presence was so strong. The pain in the area of my ovary traveled to my shoulder and back, but Sherman did not give up. We went after it again with more determination this time. I joined him, and the pain became excruciating. But then as the pain left my arm, I fell to the ground. After that I felt so free. Sherman and I started praising and giving God all the glory. A feeling that I have never felt before came over me, a love for God like never before.
As of yesterday, April 14, 2009, I have no lumps in either breast, no cysts or anything that would indicate otherwise. My doctor was amazed and confused. I told her what had happened. She could only agree with me, and continued with her assessment. I AM FREE!
…I want to personally thank you for your obedience to the Lord God, and to tell you what a blessing you are to this Church. We as the body of Christ need to wake up and get to work!”“

Tomorrow both of us will be leaving to conduct the Basic Training for Vietnamese churches in San Diego. The Training will begin Friday evening and continue on Saturday morning and afternoon. On Sunday there will be two Evangelistic Healing Services.
