San Diego, California

Greetings, brethren in Christ Jesus.
We are now in San Diego for a week, helping our daughter Esther to move from Houston to settle down here in California. San Diego is a beautiful city. We have several friends in Christ here whom we came to know many years ago in the 1970s when we were students at the University of California. May the Lord provide a good place and a good job for her!
We will also take an opportunity here for some rest and to re-connect with fellow believers from our past.
We would like to share with you an encouraging testimony we just received from Chris Villasana, a young and powerful Elijah Challenger in Houston who trained with us in April 2007. Recently his team of street preachers was given an opportunity to share Jesus Christ at a prison. Here’s what happened.
“A dramatic healing happened as we were doing ministry in a local prison! We had been invited by a group of believers to join them in a prison ministry outreach. We were speaking with highway robbers, murderers, drug dealers, and gang leaders, and these people were pouring their hearts out to us. Our words had effect, but everything that we shared was confirmed at the end of the evening when we laid hands on a young inmate who had experienced horrible neck trauma. It had destroyed the nerves in his neck and there was a three-inch piece of bone missing from his spine. When he turned his neck to the left, the whole left side of his body would become numb. We asked him if he wanted to be healed. When he consented, we commanded his spinal column to be restored along with his nerves. He was immediately healed. God used a creative miracle to change the hearts of many prisoners that evening.”

Thank you for partnering with us in intercessory prayer, dear ones!
Sincerely in Christ,
William & Lucille
