Dear Prayer Partners,
We have completed the Thursday evening and all day Friday sessions of our Advanced Training here. The Lord has been gracious to use me to train these most committed servants of God who have gathered. Six radical street preachers are here from Open Air Seattle. An open-air preacher named JW is here from Dallas. He is planning to launch an Elijah Challenge Training Center in New York where his ministry is based. A dear sister named Laurel is here from Alberta, Canada. We will be with her in Canada to hold the Basic Training next month. Two servants of God from Pastor Kirbyjon Caldwell’s Windsor Village United Methodist Church were also present. (If you will recall, Kirbyjon Caldwell was once known as President Bush’s pastor.) They have invited us to hold the Basic Training at Windsor Village later this month and next month.
The Lord has been truly gracious to anoint me to train them. It is a pleasure and privilege to train such committed disciples of Christ who are going to train still others with The Elijah Challenge. Eventually, the body of Christ will be equipped to fulfill the Great Commission.
During today’s Training, the Lord performed some remarkable miraculous healings as the disciples laid hands on three people with infirmities. One sister’s painful bunion shrank as the bone in her foot starting moving back to its normal position and the pain disappeared. Another sister had persistent pain in her neck and shoulders from whiplash due to a car accident in spite of repeated attempts through the laying on of hands in the past. She was completely delivered from the pain as sisters laid hands on her. Brother JW was practically deaf in one ear with only 25% hearing remaining because 27 years earlier his eardrum had been perforated as he walked too closely past a sound speaker. As two brothers ministered to him, JW was delighted to discover that his hearing had been totally restored! The Lord is so good.

Tomorrow we will complete the Advanced Training from 9 AM to 3 PM. Please pray for the Lord’s grace and anointing upon me one more time to finish the Training. After that the disciples will head to the annual Houston Rodeo which just happens to be taking place this weekend. Multiplied tens of thousands of people will be there to attend the various events. The disciples will be on the streets where the people enter the Rodeo to heal the sick and to proclaim the kingdom of God to them. Please pray that the healings will be great, leading to a harvest of souls of lost Houstonians!
