Brazil: 15-year-old Boy Deaf Since Birth Can Now Hear

Dear Saints,
Yesterday when the 400 disciples went door-to-door in the community, the Lord continued to use them to pray for the people’s needs and to heal the infirm. Many hands were raised when I asked them at this morning’s training session who had healed the sick in the name of Jesus in accordance with Jesus’ command in Luke 10:9. The kingdom of God is near here.
One testimony was outstanding. A group of them visited a family whose 15-year-old boy had been deaf since birth. One of the disciples began to cry out to the Lord, asking Him to heal the boy. But one of the sisters who attended the Training knew that in Scripture the Lord never directly commanded His disciples to pray to the Him or to the Father to heal the sick. Rather, the Lord commanded them to heal the sick using the authority he had given them. This sister in the past had suffered from fear and doubt when it came to ministering to the infirm. But yesterday she applied what had been taught from Scripture.
As Jesus did in Mark 7:33, she put her fingers into the boy’s ears and commanded them to be opened in Jesus’ name. The boy signaled that he was beginning to hear! She continued to minister. Finally they decided to test the boy’s hearing by having him face away from them as they spoke to him. But since the boy did not know how to speak, he could not repeat after them. So the boy’s mother stood behind him and clapped loudly. The boy was visibly startled at the clapping, indicating that he could hear! The young man had been born deaf.
The saints are at this moment again invading the homes of the town with the weapons of the gospel.
Perhaps because of what the disciples are now doing after being trained, my host Pastor Jonathan is inviting me back to Brazil this July to train again and help launch a similar invasion of still another area of Brazil for the Kingdom of God.
Some of you have written me back expressing great hopes (and even prophecies) that such a movement will begin in the United States as well. I have just received some feedback from the outside which could portend this very thing happening someday in Dallas and in Long Island, New York. Let’s pray for it, saints! I am ready to train the troops wherever they want to prepare for war.
Tonight I will do some Advanced Training for pastors and leaders, and tomorrow morning I will conduct the final Training session for the 400 disciples.

PS Something amazing just happened through our Elijah Challenge brethren in India. Just click on 300 Hindus accept Christ as gospel preached on Hindu temple grounds to read the preliminary report. This is all the more extraordinary in view of the bloodshed and persecution perpetrated against believers by the fundamentalist Hindus in Orissa last year!
