Dear Brethren in Christ,
Today I met with our Indonesia Elijah Challenge Coordinator, Pastor Davy Hermanus and his co-worker Pastor Elyas. Let me tell you the story behind this. I was here in Bandung in 2003 to teach the Elijah Challenge to a group of servants of God who had a burden to reach the Sunda tribe of West Java—the world’s largest unreached people group consisting of over forty million gospel resistant Musl__ms. Dear Brethren in Christ and Partners in the Great Commission,
Earlier today I arrived in Indonesia. I will be training believers in the city of Bandung which is in West Java. Of special interest is the fact that the majority people group here are the Musl__m Sundanese people who make up the world’s largest unreached people group. They number well perhaps 45 million in population, and are well known to be highly-resistant to the gospel.

I just received a testimony from Pastor Voon in Seremban where I conducted the Basic Training last weekend. An Indian couple had brought their young son to receive healing at the Saturday evening evangelistic healing rally. He had been suffering from leukemia. Yesterday morning (Monday) when they took him in for an appointment with the doctor, tests determined that he had no more leukemia! Read The Full Story…

Dear Friends & Intercessors,
Last night the Lord was gracious to multiply the miracles of healing through His trained Malaysian disciples at Full Gospel Tabernacle after the gospel had been presented. Quite a few people came up to the stage to testify of what the Lord had done for them. The disciples are greatly encouraged.
Tonight at 8 PM we will hold a second and final Evangelistic Healing Rally. Please pray that the Lord will bring more lost souls to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ, and that He will release even greater power and authority through His servants to heal the sick and cast out demons. Pray that this will just be the beginning of a powerful thrust of evangelism in the city of Seremban!

Five days ago on June 5 we began uploading the four sessions of the Elijah Challenge Basic Training to the internet so that believers could have free access to the Training. This morning while checking the download site I was surprised to learn that Session I has been already downloaded (or viewed) an amazing 361 times! People have been downloading the other three sessions at a surprisingly high rate as well. We are also starting to receive requests for the free DVD of the Training.

Dear Intercessors,
This morning and early afternoon trained disciples from Penang Christian Center went to a low-income community to visit some of the homes. Some of them had opportunities to minister to infirm people in those homes. The Lord was gracious to use them. At our final Training session earlier this afternoon, several of the disciples came to the front to testify how the Lord had used them to heal the sick to bring glory to Him.

Dear Intercessors,
The Basic Training for the disciples of Jesus Christ here at Penang Christian Centre is mostly done. Tomorrow morning many of them will go out to visit homes in a low-income community. They will bring the love of Christ by healing the sick in his name. We are confident that many infirm people will be healed in their homes, bringing glory to the name of Jesus. This may be the first time that such a thing has ever been done in Malaysia.
Please pray that the Lord will grant unusual boldness to the disciples here. May He release His power and authority to heal through them. May this be just the beginning of this kind of bold evangelistic outreach in Malaysia!
